Water Rates & Policies

Listed below, you will find the City of Daingerfield current water rates and policies.

Should you experience a problem with your water, please call the phone numbers provided. We will do everything possible to locate the problem with your water.

Requirements for New Service

• Valid ID
• Complete application for Water Service
• Meter Deposit $100

 Water Service Application and  Service Agreement

The water application and Service Agreement must be returned with a picture ID to either City Hall located at 101 Linda Drive Daingerfield, TX 75638 or email it to melinda.precise@cityofdaingerfield.com

 New Customer Information

Water Deposit:

Deposits for service may be paid in the form of cash, check, money order, or credit/debit card in person at City of Daingerfield at 101 Linda Drive Daingerfield, TX 75638 or call 903-645-3906 to pay via phone with credit/debit card.

Transfer Fee:

A transfer of service from one service address to another shall be charged a fee of $40.00

Return Check Fee

If a check or bank draft is returned to the City for insufficient funds, a fee of $30.00 will be applied

Disconnect Fee:

There is a disconnect fee of $50 that will be placed on each bill that is not paid by 7:30 AM on the cut-off date listed on your water bill.
