City Hall Lobby will be closed for approx. two weeks starting March 2nd for construction of a new accessibility ramp. City services remain operational. Payments & assistance available by phone 903-645-3906 ext. 9, online, or drop box. In-person Utility Billing available at the Library, 207 Jefferson St.
